This notice is to make the general public aware that Integra Private Wealth Limited (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 April 2021, Integra Private Wealth Limited (Malta) Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
