This notice is to make the general public aware that Horizon Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to the Scheme and its sub-fund – Horizon Fixed Income & Arbitrage Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 November 2021, the Scheme and the sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
