This notice is to make the general public aware that Heracles Investment Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and the Arion Commodities Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 01 September 2020, the Sub-Fund and the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
