This notice is to make the general public aware that Heinz-Glas Financial Services Malta Limited (‘the company’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 2nd January 2018, Heinz-Glas Financial Services Malta Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
