This notice is to make the general public aware that Haven Cove SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to its Sub-Fund, Haven Cove Absolute Return Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 01 October 2021, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
