Harbour Pensions Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta FinancialServices Authority(“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of licence toact as a Retirement Scheme Administrator interms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514.

The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5th October 2018, the company ceased to be licensed as a Retirement Scheme Administrator.

As a result the Harbour Retirement Scheme, Harbour Protected Retirement Scheme, Harbour (US Qualified) Retirement Scheme and the Harbour Retirement Scheme SICAV plc will be administered by STM Malta Trust and Company Management Limited in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
