This notice is to make the general public aware that Grosvenor Square Portfolio SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the investment services licence granted to the Scheme in relation to its only sub-fund, the Grosvenor Square Corporate Bond Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 January 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
