This notice is to make the general public aware that FPC Wealth Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to receive property under trust and to act as a trustee or co-trustee and provide other fiduciary services in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta). This surrender is entirely voluntary and, with effect from 11 November 2025, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
