This notice is to make the general public aware that Finex Navigator UCITS SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA” ) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Navigator-Futures Fund and consequently surrendering the collective investment scheme licence of the Scheme in its entirety. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 November 2017, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
