On the 13th October 2015, Finco Control Co Limited (C16808) surrendered its licence to act as Trustee in terms of Article 43 of the Trusts and Trustees Act. The surrender was not due to regulatory reasons but due to a merger with another company, namely Finco Trust Services Limited (C13078).
