This notice is to make the general public aware that FCS Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its remaining sub-fund, FCS Unconstrained Growth Fund (“the sub-fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14  October 2020, the Scheme and its sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
