This notice is to make the general public aware that Falcon NR&I Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to its sub-fund, Falcon NR&I sub-Fund 1 Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 July 2021, the sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
