This notice is to make the general public aware that the Competent Person of Falcon Funds SICAV PLC (“the Scheme”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Funds, namely:

• Falcon Cautious Fund (LEI Code: 213800G1BM3CC25W6B45)
• Falcon Aggressive Fund (LEI Code: 2138006PHMYSYAB4Z963)
• Falcon Balanced Fund (LEI Code: 213800LBGNM23VA4E248)

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 April 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
