This notice is to make the general public aware that Fair Fund Series SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its sub-fund, Fair-Finance Real Estate Sustainable Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 December 2021, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
