This notice is to make the general public aware that EYRY IV Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its only sub-fund, Fra Fund Segregated Portfolio. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 August 2017, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
