This notice is to make the general public aware that the European Wholesale Securities Market Limited (“the Market”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its licence as a regulated market. The MFSA has accepted the Market’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the date of this notice, the said licence no longer subsists.
