This notice is to make the general public aware that Eurochange Limited (formerly Eurochange Financial Services Limited) (‘the Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 December 2024, Eurochange Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
