This notice is to make the general public aware that Estera International Fund Services (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 4B Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 March 2018, the Company no longer holds a Category 4B Investment Services Licence.
