This notice is to make the general public aware that Elef Global Investments SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and in relation to its only Sub-Fund; Elef Global Macro Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 January 2018, the Scheme and its Sub Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
