This notice is to make the general public aware that Eiger SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Macro Integrated Techniques Fund, Global Balanced Allocation Fund, Prestige Fund and Multistrategy Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 February 2019, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
