This notice is to make the general public aware that Dr Christian Farrugia ( “Dr Farrugia”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept his surrender of his authorisation which was issued to Dr Farrugia to act as administrator of private interest foundations in terms of Article 43(12)(b) of the Trusts and Trustees Act  (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 May 2026, Dr Farrugia ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
