This notice is to make the general public aware that DConsulta Limited has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to DConsulta Limited to act as Class C company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act (CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta). The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 January 2026, DConsulta Limited ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
