This notice is to make the general public aware that Cygnus Master SICAV ltd (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Europa Event Driven Master Sub Fund, Cygnus Opportunities One Master Sub-Fund and Utilities Infrastructure and Renewables Master Sub-Fund (“the Sub-Funds”) and consequently surrendering the collective investment scheme licence of the Scheme in its entirety. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 September 2017, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
