This notice is to make the general public aware that CTH SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences previously granted in relation to the Avenida Balanced Europe Fund and the Airmid Capital Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. These surrenders are entirely voluntary and do not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 September 2021, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
