This notice is to make the general public aware that Coprolin Fund Services RICC Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognised Incorporated Cell Companies Certificate granted in relation to the Company. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11 September 2019, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
