This notice is to make the general public aware that Cesky Fond SICAV plc (the”Scheme”), with LEI Code: 254900WWPWIXHUUZ8R10, requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely, Cesky Fond Pudy, with LEI Code: 254900GNGIS4I8W9CN48. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 07 November 2025, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
