This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its sub-fund, namely Barclays Diversified Alpha Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 October 2015, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
