This notice is to make the general public aware that Bryan Garnier Umbrella Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the BGAM Madison US Equity L/S Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21 May 2019, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
