This notice is to make the general public aware that Britannia Financial Services Limited (‘the Financial Institution’) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of its Financial Institution Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Financial Institution’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 December 2014 Britannia Financial Services Limited ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
