This notice is to make the general public aware that Blue Umbrella Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence granted to the Scheme. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 January 2014, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
