This notice is to make the general public aware that Blue Planet Investment Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Fund Administration Recognition Certificate and Category 2 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 01 October 2019, the Company cease to be licensed by the MFSA.
