This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital SICAV II plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Commodity Feeder Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 July 2019, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
