This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital SICAV II p.l.c. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to the Palvic Fund, with LEI code: 529900LVRVUKDEMUKA75 and Get Value FX Fund Fund, with LEI code: 529900PQPSO6XG8N5E52.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.

Accordingly, with effect from 21 December 2022, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
