This notice is to make the general public aware that Astrada Financial SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Apara Active Fund (the “Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 December 2020, the Sub-Find ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
