This notice is to make the general public aware that Art & Value SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Art & Value Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) and the Scheme. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 July 2019, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
