This notice is to make the general public aware that ARIA SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Sub-Funds, ARIA Global Dividend Value Plus Fund and ARIA Parala Absolute Return Strategy Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 August 2022, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
