This notice is to make the general public aware that Arco SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to its two (2) sub-funds, A&G Fund and CS Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25 February 2021, the sub-funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
