This notice is to make the general public aware that Aquarium Funds SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its sub-funds - Aquarium Enhanced Return Fund, Aquarium Global Fixed Income Fund, Accumulative Growth Fund (the “Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 November 2020, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
