This notice is to make the general public aware that AQA UCITS Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the AQA Credit Strategies Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 August 2019, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
