This notice is to make the general public aware that Anchor Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to one of its sub-funds, Strategic Allocation Sub-Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 August 2021, the sub-fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
