This notice is to make the general public aware that Abundance & Prosperity SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. Accordingly, with effect from 6 November, 2013, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
