This notice is to make the general public aware that AAg Evolution SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Evo Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) and consequently surrendering the collective investment scheme licence of the Scheme in its entirety. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 2 August 2017, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
