This notice is to make the general public aware that Cliff Drive Capital Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 February 2022, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
