This notice is to make the general public aware that nextmarkets Trading Ltd. (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Class 2 Investment Firm Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s voluntary request. Accordingly, with effect from 30 September 2025, the Company ceased to be licensed as an Investment Firm by the MFSA.
