This notice is to make the general public aware that Crystal Loan Brokers Ltd recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Licence as a Financial Institution to undertake Money Broking Activities. The MFSA has accepted this request.

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13th April, 2011, Crystal Loan Brokers Ltd ceased to undertake this activity.
