This notice is to make the general public aware that RohFund Global SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to one of its sub-funds, RohFund Absolute Return Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 January 2022, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
