This notice is to make the general public aware that Paragon SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and the Paragon SICAV plc - First Mover Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 June 2023, the Sub-Fund and the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
