This notice is to make the general public aware that, as a follow up to the previous Public Notice issued on the 16 December 2015, JFP Investments (SICAV) plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its only remaining sub-fund, JFP Emerging Europe Momentum Fund. Accordingly, with effect from 27 September 2021, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
