This notice is to make the general public aware that YPM Corporate Services Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to act as a Class A company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act (CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta). The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 January 2026, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
