This notice is to make the general public aware that MSD Nominee Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the warrant which was issued to the Company to act as a Nominee. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such warrant. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 July 2021 the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
